Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Returns

    •              We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

    •              To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    •              Items marked final sale, underwear, or customized products cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

    •              We offer free size exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).

    •              If the requested size is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund.

 

How to Start a Return/Exchange

       1.            Contact our customer support team at [your email address] with your order number.

       2.            We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for domestic orders) or instructions for international returns.

       3.            Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds

    •              Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    •              Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

    •              If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

 

International Returns

    •              Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders (unless the item is defective).

    •              Customs duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
